I am writing this review to stress about the excellent care that was given to me by Dr Stephen waring. I needed a lumber puncher and was very scared as I have never had anything like that done before Dr Waring made me feel at ease he spoke to me about the procedure making sure i understood and during the procedure always checked if I was OK giving positive support and reassurance.

Dr. Waring was one of the doctors treating my wife after she had a heart attack durinDg May 2016. We were very satisfied with his care and attention. He was reassuring and spoke to us both about the health of my wife.

Dr waring was top class, along with all the other staff I met when I was looked after at York hospital, from me being seen by accident and emergency staff, porters,caretakers nurses and doctors were all fabulous. I could write a book on how much ALL York staff are so kind, but most of all care is given even when mum leaves the hospital to come home, my mum is currently back in this hospital and has had many stays on many wards over the last 18months. And every time we leave knowing we've left her in excellent care. Thank you all for doing a great job.

I spent a day under his care after being admitted with chest pains. I am glad to say that these were found to be a 'false alarm' rather than anything serious, but the care and attention I received during the tests was excellent.
